To enhance our knowledge of public procurement, Civil Engineering Laboratory of Macau (LECM) invited Commission Against Corruption of Macao (CCAC) to hold a seminar “Colloquium about public procurement” for us on 10th July 2009.

In the colloquium, the representative of CCAC explained the regulations, mode, announcements, obligations and recusal system, and the result of breach of obligations regarding public procurement. LECM staffs asked questions eagerly and compared the procurement policies between LECM and Public Department. As the result, it let our staffs solve the relating problems in legal and proper way.
