CFD - Centro de Formação e Documentação

1 - The main tasks of CFD (Training and Documentation Centre) consist of four parts:
(a) Organizing seminars and courses (training support);
(b) Storing LECM's technical documents, test results, reports, and important recommendations (archiving);
(c) Purchasing, classifying, and storing technical journals, books, and standards (library);
(d) Multimedia design (technical support).

3 – CFD is also responsible for the management and operation of the technical library. The Library of the Civil Engineering Laboratory of Macau is open to the public. It holds a large collection of professional reference works related to civil engineering, including over 4,680 books and journals, as well as numerous international codes and standards in the field of civil engineering, such as ISO, Chinese Standards (GB), Portuguese Standards, ASTM, British Standards, DIN, AAMA, AWWA, and others.
