Colloquium on Code of Safety and Actions for Building and Bridge Structures – Wind Action and Seismic Action which organized by Direcção dos Serviços de Solos, Obras Públicas e Transportes (DSSOPT) and Civil Engineering Laboratory of Macau (LECM), co-organized by Instituto para os Assuntos Cívicos e Municipais (IACM), Gabinete para o Desenvolvimento de Infra-estruturas (GDI), Macao Association of Building Contractors and Developers (MABCD), Macau Construction Association (MCA) e The Macau Institution of Engineers (AEM) was successfully held on 24-25 April, 2008 at the Auditorium of Cultural Centre.
We were pleasure to invite the Secretary for Transportation and Public Work of Macau SAR Eng. Lau Si Io as our honorable guest of the ceremony. The president of LECM Dr. Ao Peng Kong presented the introduction for the colloquium. Invited the experts from China, Portugal, Hong Kong and LECM colleagues as our speakers.
