Good Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen, distinguished guests and fellow colleagues: 

First of all, on behalf of LECM, I would like to welcome and thank all of you to be able to join us tonight. And, I would like to wish you all beforehand, a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 

Time flies, year 2006 is drawing to an end. 

Looking back to this year, we achieved some results in various aspects of our work, which including: 

⒈ On March 1, we initiated the implementation of ISO9001 & ISO17025 Quality Management System, and have initially passed the CQC (China Quality Certification Center) audit on November 7;

⒉ On April 8, we implemented the price reduction, and received a good feedback; 

⒊ On August 11, we held the works commencement ceremony for the new building, and have officially entered into the construction stage. Due to adding two additional floors, it is expected to be completed by end of 2007. 

⒋ We have adding new equipment to cope with the large quantity of tests.

⒌ Resume the chemical lab, to provide some new tests.

⒍ Implementing electronic document management system, to create a paperless working environment. 

Hereon, I sincerely hope all of you to work hard, continual learning, continue to be aggressive and develop together with LECM, to receive tomorrow challenge.
