LECM plans for the construction of a new headquarter to meet the continuous growth of our services to meet and support of our customers’ requirements in the construction. It will be located at Avenida Wai Long no.137-185, Taipa, Macau. The new three storey comprehensive building with a construction floor area of about 7000m2 will include offices, testing laboratories, auditorium, library and including a basement car-park. DSSOPT is responsible for the construction of the New LECM headquarter. The new building was designed by Joy Choi Architect, civil engineer Lourenço António do Rosário and electrical engineer José António Carixas Silveirinha. The contractor for this project is On Nong Construction Co., Ltd., construction will begin in July 2006 and scheduled to be completed in the middle of 2007.
